Having pimples, spots and red angry skin can really bring you down especially when your trying to look your best.

Unfortunately for some they experience this every day and this is classed as Acne. A skin condition that produces more oil (sebum) on the face neck, back, upper chest and shoulders due to hormones being more active and irritations on the skin. Anything from foods to sleeping patterns can trigger acne and cause it to recur over and over. This excess oil builds up with bacteria on the face and dead skin cells which are routinely pushed up from under the skin (to keep the skin fresh)through the pores. A blockage can occur in the pore when excess dead skin cells and oil stick together on the way up and out of the pore. A substance similar to glue is created which then clogs the exit of the pore when trying to escape which results the first stage of a spot or pimple.

If you use tea tree oil for acne your probably using it wrong, find out the proper way to apply tea tree oil to acne.

The oil will routinely try to push out of the pore but because it is blocked with build up in the pore.

Inflammation can occur and cause sore visible redness on the surface of the skin and will slowly increase due to the bodies natural defenses. The body will release white blood cells to fight the bacteria and this will result in a pustule(pimple). This is also why the white contents come from in the centre of a pimple. The good news is that the best tea tree oil for acne is a natural way to reduce this inflammation, break down existing bacteria and clean the area and the oil will not clog pores unlike the natural oils (sebum).

How Often To Apply Tea Tree Oil To Acne

Personally  if you overuse tea tree oil your body will become used to it so “how often to apply” would be once every night before bed apply tea tree oil to acne for best results. If you are seeing results keep to this routine if not consider using morning and night or check out a better tea tree oil for acne lower down in the article. However apply tea tree oil to acne less often when results start to show.

Tea tree oil is a easy way to sooth irritated skin whilst helping redness and discomfort from acne. It has been used for centuries on athletes foot, cuts and burns and also acne. There are many ways to use tea tree oil but the most simple of them all is:

1. Get a cup of water and apply 4 drops of Tea tree oil. Mix with a cotton bud.

2. Dab cotton bud on areas which acne is visible and inflamed

3. Leave on overnight or for a few hours to dig deep.

Or for body acne you can add a couple of drops to bath water to help all over the body easily.

The Best Tea Tree Oil For Acne Prone Skin

Personally I have tried multiple brands and oils for my skin and these are my 2 favourite and why.

  • Edens Garden– I got my first proper results on my face with this brand and the fact that it is 2 for one was a bargain for me because I still using the second bottle so good job there was 2! I experimented with this one to find that using just before bed and applying directly to pimples that arise would work fast and clear my skin again. If your in luck they may still have 2 for 1 which will save you a fortune seems it is only like 6$! (trust me)

Value Pack 2-10 ml Tea Tree 100%

  • Aura Cacia –  Aura Cacia is a good brand, especially if you prefer using essential oils for many different purposes like adding to moisturizers and hand cleansers and is the cheapest around. I remember that’s why I purchased it because of the price and I am sure it hasnt changed. (has a nice logo)

In Conclusion

Tea tree oil is a simple, easy and natural way to clear skin of spots, pimples and sore skin because it is an anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and a good cleanser for cleaning skin whilst having minimal( if any) side effects unless allergic.

Tea Tree Oil For Acne 2 for 1

Tea tree oil is to be used externally and some claim results overnight after first use and even clear skin the next day and can be added to most moisturizers, hand cleansers and even bath water, that’s how versatile it is. This is why I highly recommend Tea tree Oil For spots, Pimples and Sore inflamed skin however it must never be used consumed.

How To Pop A Pimple In Your Ear

How To Pop A Pimple In Your… EAR?

Pimples and spots in the ear canals are one of the worst and most annoying pimples to get rid of. this is because you cannot see them and they generally are sore/inflamed. Getting to these pimples can be a mission and not easy but they have to be dealt with one way or another.

Pimples on flat surfaces such as the face, neck and back are much easier to deal with however pimples in the ear canal differ due to being in an enclosed area and some times far in the ear. Depending on where the pimple is located and whether or not it is in reach we can try to squeeze it out. You are about to find out the best ways to pop pimples in the hardest places safely without making the situation worse. If you are experiencing any of these I suggest you read on.

This page is for information purposes only. Please see the medical disclaimer for more information.

First of all do you want to see 1 of the biggest pimple in the world?

Now that was disgusting and that was more commonly known as a cysts that had been around for a long time.

Lets find out how to get rid of a pimple, spot or zit in your ear. The first thing you want to do is apply some pimples cream to the area if it is in reach and leave for at least a day whilst monitoring its progression. Spot treatment and pimple products such as Oxy, Clenziderm or Clearasil will do the trick for now and can reduce the swelling and inflammation whilst preventing its return. The pimple in the ear will have formed due to a clog because of ear wax, oil or pressure at some sort put on the ear to cause pores to block and cause inflammatory. Try Tea Tree Oil For Inflammation?

Pimple In Ears

There are 3 zones when it comes to removing a pimple in your ear and these zones are allocated blue, red and yellow.

  • Blue (safest but still tricky) leave to pop on its own accord or use this.
  • Red (can be hard and painful) Ideally if you have a pimple here you do not want to go any further into the ear. I DO NOT RECOMEND SQUEEZING THIS ZONE (RED AND YELLOW)
  • Yellow (if you are experiencing this deep into your ear canal I strongly suggest you see a doctor or skin specialist)

As you can see the Ear Drum is very complex-ed and very sensitive. Pimples and spots do arise in this area occasionally and can be very painful, sore and uncomfortable. If you have applied some sort of spot cream to the pimple area then you shouldn’t have to do much more. If it in reach grab some gloves, tissue or cotton buds to cover your fingertips and gently squeeze the perimeter of the spot but before this soak a cloth in warm water, apply to the area to open the pores and make the skin less vulnerable to damage (just in case).  What You Should Know Before You Squeeze Your Spots (I Wouldn’t Recommend Squeezing Pimples Or Spots)

Just like you would squeeze a normal spot or pimple but using cotton buds would give you better reach and prevent infection. Using a pimple cream like this one from Amazon will dry out any pimple in the ear no matter what zone and prevent it returning.

So What Do You Do If You Have A Pimple In Zone Red? (The Ear Canal)

  1. Wash hands thoroughly then apply pimple cream to area. Morning and night.
  2. Leave for at least a day or 2 to watch it reduce in size
  3. If the pimple has not reduced the slightest consider next step
  4. Using 2 cotton buds or fingers attempt to squeeze gently around area using caution for you ear drum.

Once the contents of the spot are removed use a clean cotton bud to remove any excess and wash ear with cold water to close pores. Avoid touching and should be ‘Gone For Good’. If a pimple is in yellow see your local doctor.

Did you squeeze your spot properly?

In Conclusion

Popping spots can be fun and disgusting but sometimes they become so uncomfortable or painful you have to do something. When it comes to getting rid of pimples in your ear make sure to use a spot cream first on the area and leave for a day or two then attempt to squeeze. Just remember that squeezing spots can scar your skin so be careful and avoid touching with dirty or bare fingertips to prevent spreading. The best cotton buds and spot creams can be found here or at your local pharmacist.

Treat Pimples With Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree Oil Pimples, Spots And Acne

Tea Tree Oil for pimples and acne is a very common topic and has been debated for a while on whether it clears skin up and prevent acne breakouts from returning or just works by clearing skin temperamentally. The good news is that Tea Tree oil can and will help your skin if applied correctly. What is acne?

This magical wonder has been around for centuries and comes from a plant in Australia known as the Australian Tea Tree. Due to Tea Tree Oil being a natural remedy and used for Ingrown hairs, athletes foot, cuts/burns and Acne it normally is a safe first option to treat acne because the side affects are minimal. The best natural anti fungal, antibacterial and antimicrobial is Tea Tree Oil and we are going to talk about how it can be used on Spots, Pimples And Skin and see how easy it is to use and how it works wonders on inflammation and bacteria. What Actually Happens When Applying Tea Tree Oil (Spots)

Pimples, spots and zits are normally inflamed due to bacteria. When a pimple occurs it is because a pore on the surface of the skin has become blocked or clogged due to sticky oil, bacteria and dead skin cells. This block will cause the pimple, spot or zit to slowly increase in size like a balloon. There is bacteria living on the surface of the skin and this bacteria will work its way into the spot/pimple and flourish inside, resulting in the area becoming inflamed and angry. This results in the picture Below.

Tea Tree Oil acne vulgaris

Inflamed Pimples

When applying Tea Tree Oil on this angry, inflamed area it will:

  • Soak deep into pores
  • Remove and kill bacteria with its antibacterial
  • Help reduce inflammation (red soreness)
  • Clean area of excess oil and dead skin cells
  • Prevent pimples form coming back

Now, you may be thinking this is a miracle product for acne sufferers but unfortunately not. Some claim to see results overnight where as others within weeks of using Tea Tree Oil On Spots and Acne however it needs to be used correctly otherwise can cause soreness, redness and dry skin if used to regularly. Tea Tree Oil Must Not Be Used Internally and Be Careful If Used Orally. Drinking can cause the brain and body to become confusion, disorientation, excessive sleepiness, hallucinations, and even coma confused and become drowsy. Worst case scenario is a coma a worst case scenario.

Best Tea Tree Oil For Acne pimples

Best Tea Tree Oil For Acne (50% Off Today)

We have talked about the benefits of tea tree oil for spots,  acne skin, how to use tea tree and should you really use tea tree oil for spots.  Personally I love using tea tree oil on my skin now.

After shooting the video on how to use I purchased a 100% tea tree oil to use before bed because I felt that the 15% just wasn’t ‘doing it for me’.  I have been experimenting and using this every 2-3 days just to keep my inflammation acne on my face down and under control. Personally I think this natural antibacterial, anti inflammatory will be used more in the future for acne because of its “quick results” and minimal side effects unlike some of the tropical remedies for acne and spots such as Benzoyl Peroxide which can have worse side effects to the skin over time. Bio Oil For Acne Scars – Does It Work Or Break You Out?

What Is Bio Oil

Bio Oil is a brilliant scar treatment that has won 126 skincare awards becoming the No.1 scar, stretch mark and skin toner product since 2002. Bio oil is widely used over 14 countries to this date and keeps up its reputation.

Bio oil is a specially formulated oil created for all types of skin. It can be used on:

  • Scars – All types including acne scars, surgery scars and scars from cuts and grazes.
  • Stretch marks – Big and small anywhere on the body
  • Uneven skin tones – Also anywhere on the body
  • Ageing skin – Wrinkles and dehydrated skin

Using bio oil on facial acne scarsIt comes in a small tub and contains the breakthrough ingredient called Purcellin Oil which is the main active ingredient used for penetrating skin and helping damaged tissue and scars improve.

Using Bio oil twice a day will greatly reduce scar size, colour and the surface of the skin that it is applied.

This small orange tub with a noticeable white screw cap can be found at your local pharmacy/drug store or Online here.

Many have claimed this to be a miracle for their skin because it ‘minimises scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tones’ on the surface of the skin. Before you consider buying, trying and using bio oil I strongly suggest you read on to find out what really happens and how to use it for the best results.

Does Bio Oil Work on Acne Scars?

Acne is a skin condition that produces more oil in around the pores of the acne prone areas, such as the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders.

The scars that acne leaves are look generally like holes of all sizes and plenty of them. Bio oil is a great way to help acne scars especially visible ones on the face and back. Applying twice a day will reduce the size of acne scars and help the healing process of all scars in the area.

However there is one problem with Bio oil and acne prone skin. If your acne is active for example, acne breakouts of pimples, blackheads and cysts are recurring everyday then I do not recommend using this scar treatment.

This is because when I was using bio oil on my severe acne before it cleared up, I gained some acne breakouts. I generally think this is because my skin was oily and the oil in the bio oil was helping clog my pores. See my Video Below on How Acne and Bio oil Clash

Will Bio Oil Make me Break Out? – Why Using Bio Oil as an Acne Treatment Doesn’t Work

Using Bio Oil for acne prone skin is completely different when it comes to the possible side effects that can occur from the ‘Oil’ on oily acne skin. You may or may not know that acne is a build-up of oil, bacteria and dead skin cells in and under the skin which causes eruptions of blemishes, blackheads and pimples. The excess oil on skin from acne and hormonal acne can cause acne breakouts especially when adding extra oil to acne areas. Breakouts and the opposite effect of clearing skin for acne sufferers can occur because Bio Oil’s thickness can help clog pores. Resulting in inflammation, oily skin and more acne pimples.

People who generally have oily skin from acne will not gain clear skin from using Bio oil. This is not an acne treatment but an effective scar remedy that can greatly help acne scars, not acne.

The best advice would be to use Bio oil on scars where acne is not present. See how I got rid of my acne within a couple of days here.

Bio Oil For Acne Scars back

Bio Oil is more commonly used on scars and shouldn’t cause acne breakouts on areas like arms, legs and lower body because these areas are not prone to acne and instead its helps keep skin hydrated and ageing skin looking clearer.

However if you suffer from dry skin or an adult suffering from acne, bio oil could be more beneficial for you because your acne is not caused by excess oil build up, this will help treat acne effectively and reduce scars.

Tips & Tricks to Use Bio Oil for Best Results

The first thing you will notice when opening a bio oil pot/bottle is the distinctive smell. Like a mix of baby shampoo and washing up liquid. Being an oily liquid it is easily over spread and can be messy whilst applying to the skin. Underneath the cap is a narrow drip hole to prevent too much coming out at one time.

Apply a small amount (pictured) to scarred tissue areas and then gently massage into skin until fully absorbed. Do not over use or apply to much. Dime size amount is more than enough.

Bio Oil is a leading brand and can be bought over most counters but the price can be from higher for Bio Oil in the shops than online. Find the best price for Bio Oil by Clicking Here.

How Did Bio Oil Work For My Acne Scars?

In the first 2-3 weeks of using Bio oil for acne scars on my face and back I noticed a change in colour and swelling.

My scars appeared to fade and risen scars smoothed out. However I still have pot holes in my skin from the nasty acne I once had. I didn’t give up, I carried on. 2 and a half months later my scars had definitely improve all round and they became less noticeable. Especially the big holes I had around my cheeks and side of nose. Would I recommend bio oil for scarring?

Yes, because this oil shown me good results with my acne scars and it will show results on stretch marks, and other types of scars within weeks and definitely within months. The oil helps rebuild skin complexion and digs deep into scars to reduce inflammations, redness and help rebuilding scar tissue.

This is a product that everyone must have on everyone’s shelf.

How to Use Bio Oil on Acne, Scars and Stretch Marks

Directions for bio oil and scars

No more than twice a day morning or night to see best results, should be massaged with the fingertips into the skin. It’s very important to massage in circular patterns and if you do this correctly, improvements will continue to be noticed the longer Bio Oil is used.

1. Pour a small amount (Roughly a 1-2 drops, a little bit goes a long way) of Bio oil onto fingertips. (Buy a 26% Discount Bio Oil Now)

In Conclusion

Bio Oil is an excellent way to keep skin moisturized, help scarring and improve the skin but is unfortunately very oily and can cause breakouts on acne prone skin on the back, chest, face and neck. This being said is a general term and every ones skin is different and unique in many ways.

The best option for you if you have acne scars but still have acne is use it with caution as directed and see why this acne treatment is becoming as popular as Accutane.

If you are considering using it on your acne I reassure you that there are a high number of people saying good Bio Oil for Acne Prone Skin and helped there acne scars clear up completely.

Sleep Away Acne Overnight (The New Cure For Acne That Works For Sore Skin, Infammation And Pimples)

Chances are that you are here because you suffer from pimples, spots, and may be even blackheads. Well fear not, millions of people suffer from it all over the world and there are plenty of ways to prevent, reduce and even cure acne whilst you sleep. Its a secret so keep it to your self.

Pimples, spots and inflamed skin from acne (acne Vulgaris) can spring up at any time and certainly be annoying. People who suffer from acne prone skin will tell you that it isn’t easy to live with and looed at as dirty, poor hygiene and embarrassing. I have been there, done that and got the T-shirt so this is my way of helping you cure your acne overnight with some simple step by steps to no more acne and, Sleep Away Pimples, Spots And Sore Skin (Really Works)

This is completely free and is done while your sleeping which makes it easy yes?

Sleeping is a crucial part of life and living, however there is no way to avoid it because its the bodies way of ‘recharging its batteries’. A Way To Sleep Away Pimples, Spots And Sore Skin is Simple its just a matter of technique on how you sleep and how much. We are talking about acne that is targeted on the face and simple steps to improve and reduce overnight without to much hard work.

Sleep Acne Away overnight

I am sure you know that to much of anything can be bad for you and the same applies for sleeping. The Average adult needs 8 hours of sleep and 3 litres of water for males or 2.2 litres for females a day. If you double these you may find yourself in a spot of bother. Sleeping more than 8-9 hours can actually cause acne breakouts so avoid oversleeping.  It is all about how you sleep and where  your acne prone skin is touching (contacting) when your sleeping and we are talking about acne on the face area. Give me a second to explain.

So One, Two or Three? Do You Think Any Of These May Affect Your Skin Whilst Sleeping?

Well it is self explanatory really when you understand what causes acne. Notice number 3 on the picture above, his/her face is directly facing the pillow with his/hers back facing towards us. This is a common sleeping position also known as the free fall and is not the best position to sleep in because it puts pressure on the neck, chest, arms and also face. This position can result in further acne development on the face for the morning scare in the mirror and can be easily avoided.

Notice number 1 and 2, these are much better for stopping acne breakouts in the morning and the whole body will benefit because there is no pressure on areas which will cause harm and no direct face in the pillow. If you want to reduce acne at the beginning consider changing your sleeping patterns as they could be the main issue with your pimples sore skin and mild to severe acne. Sleep Acne Away Overnight

The picture to the left shows sleeping beauty and notice how the face is not touching the pillow and he is on his side. This is another example of a good position that is not putting pressure on the face or contacting acne on the face directly.

This will reduce oil build up and inflammation because one of the main causes of acne is irritation and acne is irritated easily from touching, picking and pressure to the area. Whilst sleeping avoid your face coming in contact with the pillow and you will be surprised.

Sleep Away Acne

Picture on the right is an excellent sleeping position because your face will not touch any surfaces for your skin to irritate with acne and the chances of oil on the face being spread around is greatly reduced. (Recommended)

These positions are brilliant because there is not any contact ie rubbing of face, pressure on spots/pimples or extra oil build up from skin becoming irritated. When hands, items and objects touch the face this can cause pores on the skin to clog which results in inflammatory acne pimples, spots and sore skin. By sleeping like this there is no contact therefore No Acne Breakouts.

Try it. There is another way too!

 Pillows VS Acne

Another consideration you want to do is look and feel your pillows and make a judgement if you think they may be to rough to your skin whilst sleeping. Cheap nasty pillows and pillow cases can cause problems with acne and these can be avoided with simple steps. Now you may be thinking “what the hell am I on about now?” But if your pillow is the slightest uncomfortable, rough or not as soft as it could be then its time for a new pillow and they aren’t expensive. Changed pillow cases routinely can benefit your skin greatly especially if once every 4-7 days  because this will reduce bacteria build up and effectively acne. I Struggle from acne and what really helped me was this pillow I bought from Amazon. See customer reviews for Allersoft 100-Percent Cotton Dust Mite & Allergy Control Standard Pillow Encasement here at Amazon.

Acne Sleep Habits

These pillows are brilliant for Pimples, blackheads and white heads because they are so soft and delicate to your skin at night which in turn reduces inflammation which reduces pimples and acne, can you see where I am going with this? Not only are these pillows cleaner they are kind and caring to skin that can be sensitive due to acne.

I Actually use this pillow to date on my single bed and works well for me and is like putting my head on a big soft marsh mellow. Easy Way to reduce Inflammation, Acne and Sore Skin Overnight. (Fact)

Hope this helped.

Do You Have Scars? Aloe Vera Gel For Acne Scars Can Really Help If Used Like This

The Skin Condition Acne leaves unsightly scars after its had its fun and gone and these scars usually look like thousands of holes from small to big on the surface of the skin. Treatments for these scars can be more expensive than normal scar therapy because they are harder to treat and can become worse with surgical treatment. Acne scars can be embarrassing and depressing for sufferers. Lets face it, no one likes their scars so why use Aloe Vera for acne scars?

Basal

How Do Scars Rear Their Ugly Heads?

The top layer is the skins natural barrier and this is where the opening of the pores, hair follicles and skin surface is. This top layer is called the Epidermis as you can See in the picture.

Scars are formed when an inflamed Pimple, cysts or bump heals and the basal layer(Yellow Arrow) of the Epidermis is completely destroyed preventing the normal collagen that would heal, healing. Instead, newly formed collagen fibers appear and form a fibrous completely covering the damaged skin to prevent any further damage. We commonly refer to this a scar tissue and fibrous resembles fibres by the way.

The Dermis is the second layer and is very useful because it consists of loads of tough fibers that gives your skin its elasticity, firmness and strength. The Basal layer of the Epidermis is arrowed yellow and the Dermis underneath supports the Epidermis and consists of elastic fibres, collagen and small blood vesicles. Also the sebaceous glands sit here.  Scar tissue replaces the area that was damaged and therefore no hair follicle or sweat gland reside here anymore. Imagine a hole and it cant repair probably so it gets cemented with scar tissue.

How Can Aloe Vera Gel Help Acne Scars?

Aloe Vera has many different minerals, enzymes and acids in it which are used to heal burns, wounds and scars. The gel inside Aloe Vera is where the magic is and to get to this you will need to break off a Aloe Vera leaf, remove the contents and rub into your scars.

Within 2-4 weeks of applying Aloe Vera to skin roughly 6+ times a week will show:

  1. A Decrease in Size and Density
  2. Softer to touch
  3. Less redness of area
  4. Not as Noticeable

Aloe Vera can be used internally as well as externally. Aloe Vera has natural collagen in the gel which is what your skin used to repair damaged skin. By consuming collagen you are helping your immune system repair your skin inside and out. Aloe Vera can be mixed with other juices such as cranberry, orange or anything to help the taste because Aloe Vera is not the tastiest. Yuk!

What Does Aloe Vera Do To Scars And How To Use On Scars?

Aloe Vera acts a ‘Stepping Stone’ or ‘Building Block’ to repairing damaged tissue like Scar tissue. It has been used for decades and still to this day for its healing properties. It has shown scientifically that the gel inside Aloe Vera plants rapidly decreases scar tissue by helping produce new skin to reduce swelling of visible scars and discolour. However Aloe Vera may be used to help but it will not ‘make your scars go away’ instead it will do the best it can to reduce what you have.

Simple is key, and Aloe Vera is just that. Either purchase a cheap 100% Aloe Vera Cream or gel like this one Ocean Potion Skincare 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel After Sun Care — 20.5 fl oz
and massage into scarred tissue skin or remove a Aloe Vera plant leaf and squeeze the “Goo from the Gods” out and apply to face directly.

If you have a scar or many I strongly suggest you try Aloe Vera as it is inexpensive or even free and saves you money and has the added benefits in the long run for your skin and your immune system. You cannot loose, its natural so hardly any side effects and is packed with minerals, vitamins and enzymes which are all good.

See Aloe Vera on acne for more information on applying Aloe Vera on scars for directions and how.

“How Can I Prevent Acne From Coming Back” (Easy)

Do Your Pimples, Blackheads And Spots Keep Coming Back?

Acne is the term for pimples, blackheads, white heads and sore inflamed skin on areas such as the face, neck, back and chest. Acne effects 80% of the population from the age  of 11 onwards and can be worse for people who genetically may gain spots, pimples and acne due to parent, grandparent or even great grandparents. Acne Vulgaris is very common in your teenage years to experience and normally will move on like your crazy hair do’s however many adults get acne in there 20s – 30s which can be depressing. “How can I Prevent acne from coming back” is a common question I get and in order to prevent acne we need to know what causes acne and the main cause is sebum, which is basically an oil that is used to keep your skin fresh, soft and from drying out, and irritation/bad habits can cause acne breakouts.

Sebum is produced by a gland underneath your skin called the sebacous gland, the sebum then rises up through your pores (pores look like holes, see picture for idea) and on to the surface of the skin. In the process the oil carries out bacteria and dead skin cells to stop the pores from clogging up/becoming infected. Sometimes dead skin cells can get trapped in these pores or extra oil can stick together with the dead skin cells to block the exit of the pore, this causes a blemish which will turn into a pimple, white head or blackhead underneath the skin. These can naturally happen depending on how much oil your face produces however they normally will stay under the skin until disturbed, put pressure on or touched (irritated).

Enough About That, Lets Get Started (Prevent Pimples)

So, you want to reduce your sore skin, reduce the redness and possibly watch it go away in days. Well your in luck and I may just be able to help you. Here are some key things you want to do to prevent acne for free.

  • Scrub your face until it goes red and angry? Hm mm well obviously not in fact you want to avoid washing your face more than twice a day, Morning and night. This is because your skin is very sensitive with acne and can become inflamed just by touching it so when washing or using a cleanser on your face be as gentle as you can and do not push, rub deep or even rush. Washing your face more than twice a day will wash away the oils to much where they will not be able to remove the dead skin cells and bacteria from under the skin resulting in…. You guessed it. Acne Breakouts.
  • Itchy spots or lump, give them a quick itch no one is looking? NOO! As I mentioned before your skin is very sensitive a bit like an wild angry tiger. If you poke, touch or get close that cat its going to scratch. Your skin has millions of dead skin cells laying on the surface of the skin and by itching, touching or rubbing you are pushing those skin cells into your pores potentially blocking the oils escaping resulting in more pimples forming.
  • Use the right cleanser to wash your face. What this means is finding a cleanser that is not strong or rough on skin. For example Sanex Zero CLICK HERE To View . Because it is for sensitive skin and will not irritate acne just remove excess oils. ( I have personally used this Sanex and I recommend)
  •  Keep you bed sheets and pillow cases clean (change regularly) and if you have an animal avoid letting them sleeping on your bed. This is because animals naturally shed hair into the atmosphere and those hairs can get stuck to your face causing infection and leading to sore bumps on acne prone areas.
  • Hot, Sweaty and Relaxing. A Sauna can help, try using a sauna to help bring out trapped oil in your skin every now and then.

It all Comes Down to 4 Tasks

  1. Don’t touch.
  2. The right cleanser, or face wash for your unique skin.
  3. Keep clean and your acne will too.
  4. Don’t be afraid to try new things. (like the video below)

If your looking for a completely free and natural way to cure acne then THIS Article will help you further and will benefit you greatly if you definitely really want clear skin.

Keeping the animals out of your room cannot be to hard and cleaning your sheets every week is not a hard task either. Just avoid touching your face in general, use the mild shower gel Sanex on face in the shower (to prevent irritation) and you, your friends and family will see a noticeable difference in your skin.

Hormonal Acne (Severe Acne)

Acne is a tough skin condition that effects the face, neck, shoulders, back, upper arms and chest and causes skin to become irritated due to oil being over-produced. For some strange reason, our sebaceous glands under our skin in these areas are connected to our hormones so when ever hormones are active in the body, so are our sebaceous glands. The role of the sebaceous gland is to produce oil from underneath the skin in a hair follicle/pore and that oil will keep skin fresh, remove bacteria and keep pores clean by pushing out of the follicle. This procedure happens routinely and is simultaneous to chimney. The oil rises up the hair follicle from the sebaceous gland and then up out of the pore onto the surface of the skin.

This oil is one of the main causes of teenage acne and early adult acne because hormones make the sebaceous glands produce more than necessary due to the hormones being active in the body breaking down high (GI) foods and growth of the body (growing form children to teenagers or teenagers to adults). Sebum is the name of the oil produce by the sebaceous glands and this is a problem for acne sufferers and most will see a dermatologist who will prescribe them Benzoyl peroxide, Salicylic acid or antibiotics for acne. All of these work in clearing skin up and removing oils/dead skin cells to prevent acne breakouts however can have side effects like burning, stinging or dry skin if used incorrectly or at high doses. Recommended dermatologist products do work very well but can be pricey unless bought online.

Alternatively there are natural ways to clear acne and they are more beneficial because they will not harm your skin or damage whilst treating all forms of acne. These natural ways can be surprising and seem different but they really do work wonders for skin. Examples of these are Jojoba Oil, Grapes Seed Oil and Tea Tree Oil. You have probably heard of some of these before but never knew they are effective at treating acne? Before using any of them you must use them properly for best results.

Acne is hard to deal with and can be embarrassing, depressing and seem never ending, don’t worry your not alone. In fact 85% of the population are raided by these pus filled, red inflamed and sore lumps on their skin at some point in their life and this is commonly known as a acne breakout. Acne breakouts can occur from many different simple habits you do in your time.

  • Simple things like touching, picking and rubbing your skin with your fingertips, palms and hands can cause acne breakouts to appear.
  • Washing and cleansing skin more than twice a day (Morning and Night)
  • Using make up products that are oily
  • Cell phone, smart phones pic up a lot of dirt, bacteria and oils from day to day use. Avoid touching face with phone.
  • The way you sleep and what pillow can dramatically irritate acne at night. Find out how to Sleep Away Acne.

These are just some of the list and many different things can spark acne breakouts. Even your shower wash or face wash could be the course why your acne is so angry and inflamed. Products like DOVE for sensitive skin work really well for removing bacteria, excess oil and inflammation without irritating or making sensitive skin erupt with pimples, spots and white heads. This is a good investment for clear skin.
